Education
I was an Egleston Scholar and Deans List Candidate at Columbia University Class of 2017. In addition, I received the Jacob Kurtz Memorial Scholar. I have tutored in two organizations for elementary students, peer-to-peer students with high school organizations, and online tutoring at Chegg. I majored in Chemical Engineering, with minors in Materials Science and Engineering, and Economics. I also have experience with French, Spanish, and Swahili, and have a certificate in Sustainability from University of Houston.
Experience
Because of recent times, I just want to contribute to a more educated society, and tutoring is the best way I can make that happen outside my work schedule! I have tutored my own peers in a variety of subjects over the years. I have taken classes up at the highest level: heat/mass transfer, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, thermal physics, statistical mechanics, econometrics, etc. My success in those classes is directly related to all the general physics/math/chemistry classes prior. With 800 SAT Math Score, several 5s on APs, and 800 SAT 2 Math (plus other scores), I have no concern about being a qualified and capable tutor.
